I am a PhD student in the group of Stefan Kehrein. The title of my project is "Irreversibility and Echo Techniques in Quantum Many-Body Systems". In that context I am interested in what is a meaningful definition of irreversibility in quantum many-body systems and how well defined irreversibility is related to thermalisation and dephasing. Moreover, my work aims at exploring the possibilities of constructing Loschmidt demons and its limitations, which is, e.g., of interest in experimental setups based on spin echo techniques, such as NMR.
